Planning
Advisory & Facilitation Region 10 is a member of the American Planning Association and maintains a subscription to the “Planning Advisory Service” for the benefit of our members. This service is a one-stop source for all types of planning information. We can access Zoning ordinances and subdivision codes, specialized periodicals, local comprehensive plans, planning agency reports, and perform customized Internet searches. Region 10 also maintains a local library, which contains American Planning Association publications, local planning documents, periodicals and many other resources. Region 10 communities can request this information from Region 10 and we will access it through our membership subscription to “Planning Advisory Service” or from our library. Region 10 offers facilitation services for community planning efforts. We can lead community-planning meetings, provide important direction to planning commissions, find appropriate planning consultants, or develop, implement and analyze community surveys. Services are provided when requested by member communities. |
