• Loan does not exceed 30% of the grant amount
• Loan approval is contingent upon receiving City of Gunnison REDI grant award
• Project budget and timeline for use of grant funds
• Business plan included that has the info required by the grant guidelines (in section “Business plan that includes the following elements”)
• Approved project must be completed by July 30, 2025, so this may dictate the loan repayment timeline
