Volunteers of America – Senior CommUnity Meals have provided meals at senior centers and to the homebound since 2012. This year they have provided nutritional meals to over 750 people and nearly 300,000 meals. The organization also provides emergency boxes of food for the homebound, nutrition counseling, and educational seminars by a registered dietitian. Senior Community Meals continue to search for new and innovative ways to meet the needs of older adults in Region 10.
Thank you Senior CommUnity Meals for going above and beyond the call of duty!
