Region 10’s Business Loan Fund (BLF) is a lending source that provides capital to small businesses focusing on expansion, creating and retaining jobs, and benefitting our regional economy. for more than 30 years, the BLF has assisted for-profit and nonprofit businesses with their financing needs with loans that typically range from $5,000 to $250,000 with up to 10-year terms.
