-Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS) Basics (word and design mark searches)
-Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) Basics (application requirements for drawings, identifications of goods and services, filing basis, and specimens) and demonstration
-Responding to an Office Action (timeframes and deadlines, office action basics, and tips for successful response)
-Keeping Your Registration Alive (required post-registration filings)
