During this full-day class\, we will guide you in creating your own business plan. We will cover all the elements of writing a plan including the executive summary\, company description\, market analysis\, competitive analysis\, S.W.O.T. analysis\, service or product line\, marketing plan\, operations\, management\, and financial projections. Bring your laptop or electronic notepad.
