Derek has a wide range of business development and project management experience in the public-sector previously as the Sr. Division Manager and Construction Group Manager for Atkins in Denver\, CO. He also spent a decade at URS as a Project Engineer and has been a mentor in CDOT’s Mentor-Protégé program. \n++Pehle Colletta++ is the Lead Contracting Officer in CDOT’s Engineering Contracts Branch. She is responsible for developing requests for CDOT consultant services and executing contracts. She actively participates on CDOT’s evaluation selection panels and facilitates scoring discussions to ensure fair and competitive selection. She has read hundreds of consultant proposals and has seen the “good and bad” that can make or break a proposal.
