Loans typically range from $5,000 to $250,000 or more, with fixed rates and loan terms up to 10 years.

Region 10’s Small Business Resource Center serves as the hub for Colorado’s West Central Small Business Development Center (SBDC), providing assistance programs to business owners by combining the resources of federal, state, and local organizations to meet the needs of local business communities.

Incentives/Tax Credits:
Looking for a financial boost? Region 10’s Small Business Resource Center serves as an administrator for the Colorado Enterprise Zone (EZ) Program, designed to promote a business-friendly environment by offering state income tax credits that incentivize businesses to locate and develop in tax incentive-enhanced areas.
