Patty Gabriel

For 25 years, Patty was involved in local government, spending the last 7 of those as the Town Manager for the Town of Olathe. Recently retired she still felt the pull to be involved in the diverse communities of the Western Slope and began working with Region 10 as one of the Regional Grants Navigators in early 2024. The diverse communities of Region 10  have different needs and she will be helping them access some of the grant funding from IIJA and IRA bringing with her, her own knowledge of applying for state and federal grants.
