Business Plan in a Day!

A business plan can help you get funding, bring in new business partners, or serve as a roadmap for each stage of starting and managing your business. During this two-part online class, we will guide you in creating your own business plan. We will cover all the elements of writing a plan including the executive summary, company description, market analysis, competitive analysis, S.W.O.T. analysis, service or product line, marketing plan, operations, management, and financial projections.

Part 1: Thursday, August 15th, 5:30-8:30pm

Part 2: Thursday, August 22nd, 5:30-8:30pm

Both sessions are online over Zoom. A Zoom link will be sent once registration is completed.
