Food Venture Bootcamp Application

This 12-week bootcamp for current or prospective food industry entrepreneurs is offered by the Colorado SBDC in conjunction with Food Venture Program as a pilot program. The course is live, 100% online, and takes place from 11:00am-1:30 pm (MST) every Wednesday from May 3rd to July 19th. The cost for this pilot is $295 (original price $750).

Who this program is for?

  • Food or beverage innovator with a product idea
  • Restaurant owner wanting to turn your recipes into a consumer packaged good
  • You have a nutrition/health product idea and unsure of regulations/appropriate business practices for health-related products

    • By the end of this program, entrepreneurs will:

  • Have a solidified business plan to launch your business, if you haven’t already
  • Have received all of the knowledge and skills needed to have a physical product prototype completed
  • Have a business pitch perfected for potential grocery distributors
