Are you a small business owner who’s ever felt overwhelmed or confused by contracts? Do you sign agreements without fully understanding the implications?
Contracts are vital for businesses to interact with employees, outside contractors, and to provide services. This class will explore 6 additional things everyone should know when entering a contract such as termination, modification, and assignment. This class will demystify the world of contracts and equip you with the essential knowledge you need to protect your business.
At some point in the life of your business, you will probably be faced with having to create or review a contract that will play a role in the operations of your business. Colorado attorney, Will Edwards, is going to help understand best practices for handling contracts as a small business owner.
